The Miracles of Jesus and the Theology of Miracles
There is much of value in this book. While its presentation of the historical criteria for historicity is not novel, its application to all the miracle accounts is a major achievement. It situates the miracles within the history of salvation and (sees them) as consisten with Jesus' meseeage of the reign of God among us; the miracles have a revelatory function in that they inform the human race of God's power and love.
